We’re bringing back this beloved program! Baby & Me is a lapsit storytime designed with little ones in mind. Each month, we'll have a new book and rhymes to enjoy together. Stay for a playtime afterwards! For the last Baby & Me of the month, parents get to keep the book so they can grow their baby's home library!

Drop in is $10 or buy an unlimited monthly pass for $60

Storytime at the Lebanon Public Library is our most popular library program! We will read stories, sing songs, play with puppets, make crafts, and more! This activity is a wonderful tool in developing your children’s life long love of reading. We follow the five Every Child Ready to Read tips that help kids prepare to read books all on their own: Reading, Talking, Singing, Writing, and Playing.

No registration is required, and all ages are welcome! Caregivers are encouraged to participate in our songs, action rhymes, and other activities to show the children we are never too old to enjoy a good story time!

Stop by the library every Tuesday in January for A.S.K.: After School Kids. This hands-on program is for school-aged kids, ages 5-12! Each week, we will rotate through a different activity, including STEM projects, arts, crafts, and other kinds of fun. This is a great way for your children to meet other kids their age while they bond over fun projects and crafts.

Experience the best of Lebanon every Tuesday evening, June-September at the Lebanon City Market presented by Lilly! Whether you’re looking to stock your fridge with local flavors or simply enjoy a beautiful night outdoors with the family, the market is the place to be.

What to Expect:

• Artisan Eats: Browse a wide variety of  small-batch baked goods, local honey, jams, and specialty treats.

Preschool Pals is a story time and activity presented by the Lebanon Public Library. This educational program is geared for children 4 through 6 years of age ONLY. Each week, we will work with your child on a letter of the alphabet, their writing skills, their socializing abilities, and their listening skills with peers their own age. The stories and activities follow a theme which changes each week. Activities include teamwork games, practice with scissors and writing utensils that strengthen hands dexterity, and a craft they can take home with them.

Caregivers may drop off their child as long as the caregiver stays in the library. At the end of each Preschool Pals, the children can take home a packet of extra activities they can work on with their families.

Trivia every Thursday! Top 3 teams take home prizes. Family-Friendly, All ages welcome! See you there for some trivia fun!
